Retention

Hello, 15+ year customer here. My bill has increased by roughly +$50 over the last year and I've only added an extra cable box since then (which I thought was only +$10). Can someone please help me lower my rate back to a manageable and sensible amount? Is there a retention department that I can contact directly?
