Tired. Exhausted. Worn out. After 10 years, this recent rate hike combined with data cap is the final straw. I have been told adios by 2 different CSRs. "There is nothing more we can do to help you". Amazing how a new client is more important to the business than decade long consumers. 


This message is for Customer Retention. ATT has a package that when combined with my cellular will save me over $2500 / yr. What is my incentive to stay ? ATT or COMCAST ?
