Retention doesn't exist?!

I was told to call retention today after 20 plus hours of phone and chat time, 24+ reps, 3 depts, hundreds of screenshots, 8 promises of escalation and even more promises of credit. I have spoken to every department and been transferred back and forth multiple times. I spent another 4 hours on hold this weekend, had 2 more chat sessions this weekend and am still at square one. Now I've learned from a rep that there isn't an actual Retention Dept. What's it going to take guys? I have called every week for.4 weeks, 3x weekly. Who can help?.Where do I set up the appointment? Thanks!
