Retention Team via Chat

Hi, I wanted to contact the customer Retention department by Chat to talk regarding my plan but I am not finding an option specifically to chat to Retention and the link provided to me from session earlier does not work.

 

 

Please let me know what to do.

I cleaned up your thread a bit here, you were getting some terrible information. A Comcast employee right here on the forums will be happy to help you.

If I cannot contact Retention directly, either by phone nor by chat, who can assist me with my services if I am to the point I want to leave Xfinity Comcast?
