Hi, I wanted to contact the customer Retention department by Chat to talk regarding my plan but I am not finding an option specifically to chat to Retention and the link provided to me from session earlier does not work.
Please let me know what to do.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
If I cannot contact Retention directly, either by phone nor by chat, who can assist me with my services if I am to the point I want to leave Xfinity Comcast?
