I was approached by a Comcast rep in a local store near me to see if I wanted to sign up with Comcast. When I explained that I already had it and was thinking of switching to another service because my bill is WAY too high, just about $300, he suggested I contact the retention department, but I can't find any contact information. Can someone please put me in touch with them?
1-800-COMCAST is the only number Comcast has for customer assistance. Retention isn't listed, but you can call and ask to be transferred.
