Retension

I am having issues with billing and services provided and would like to resolve before switching providers. I was on a lengthy chat with a rep before the connection was dropped with no resolution provided.

As noted on my account the current bill won’t be paid until resolution

@bgr2 - I understand your concern but if you won't pay your bill on time- you will get a late fee charge. If any credits would get applied to your account after you pay your current bill, you will see those credits on your next billing statement.
