Requesting if service can be provided to new address

I neglected to include the "email me when someone replies" option when I submitted this previously.  To whom an I write to receive a written response regarding whether new service can be provided to a new-build location?  The email ID shown in a previous post is no longer being used.  I have also tried using FB messenger, and will hope to receive a response via that method.  If not, please let me know how to get a written response.  Thank you.

Hi htroll -- We can help with your service request. I reviewed your current account and do see that you've contacted us via Facebook as well.
