So last weekend I set up an account to get Xfinity. Well some how my request didn't go through. So now I have an account that I can't access with my email address and phone number on it and I want to put that info on my working account. Everytime I put my username and password into the not working account I get an error.
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
