I have been calling to get an old pedestal removed from my backyard. They cancelled my first ticket and I had to start a new ticket. Still no phone call and no one has come to remove the pedestal.
Hi Jackie23 -- I can help with that pedestal request. I reviewed your account and found a request ticket you had made for this. I have forwarded this request to our tech ops and construction teams to address.
Jackie23 -- I heard back from tech ops about your pedestal removal request. They reviewed the pedestal location and it is within the utility easement. We would be able to remove the pedestal however you would have to pay the cost for it since it's located where it should be. Let me know if you want to move forward with doing that.
