Remove old modem

I called the help desk earlier, they said the modem was removed and unregistered from my account. Went to activate on a new 1gig line and the modem is still active. Chat support can’t fix the problem...why can’t anyone seem to remove this old MAC address for this modem so it can be used elsewhere like intended.

Hi, Joefischer2011 - I can help with your removing the old modem from your account but please don't send private messages to moderators without a request. We try to assist our customers on the first come first serve basis and sending messages without a request is a violation of our Forums Policy and Guidelines
