Is the account in your name with her approved to make changes, or is it that she just has an email account?

Re: Remove ex-wifes name from account

@neptune431 I've had to remove someone from both before account & email. Here's how from the account: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account. You'll probably also need to remove their email aslo here is how: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-email-contact-settings. -RespectedWisdom

@neptune431 You would then need to be an (Authorized User) on the account. The only way to do so is by having the primary account holder calling in 1 (800) 934-6489 and adding you to the account as an authorized user. Xfinity takes security very seriously. -RespectedWisdom
