We just got into the second year of our two-year promotion period and the monthly bill jumped by about $30. Looking into the details, there's an $18 charge for "Blast!" which was previously free. I want to get rid of this but trying to change the service through the web site just brings up an "error" that says I have to call support. I did that and waited on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I then tried the chat but that crapped out as well before getting too far after initially waiting about 5 minutes for the chat agent to respond to the intial request despite the chat window saying there was no one else in the queue. How can I get Blast! removed from my account without wasting half my day?
