I would like to order a new remote with the voice demand if possible please and thank you. Can anyone help?

Hello Hgentry168, the fastest way to get a new voice remote is to go into a local Xfinity service center and pick one up there. We can also ship the equipment to you (shipping/handling fees apply), please send me a private message with your full name, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" if you would like a remote sent out.
