Relocation Due to Health

After everal discussions with Comcast reps, I was forced to still pay an early tmination fee even though my move was due to a serious health issue.  In January 2018 I had an enourmous cancercous tumor removed from my  thoat and now required to be under 24/7 care due to chemo and radialigy treatments.  My duaghter (care giver) does not have Comcast since it is not available n her area.  I find this failure to wavie the ETF in such a situation is totally unhumain and outragious.

Re: Relocation Due to Health

Sorry to hear your health issues, I hope you recover soon. Sadly Comcast will hold you to the contract since "poor health" isn't one of the acceptable reasons for nonperformance. I'm not saying it's so in your case, but my guess would be that everyone that wanted to get out of an ETF would claim they were ill. Good lucjk and best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. So sorry to hear about your health issues. I reviewed your account and the specific circumstances here and we have waived the ETF. You can expect a refund check in the next 4-6 weeks.

Apologies again and thanks for your patience.
