Refund of overpayment

I used to pay for cable when I rented an apartment, I bought a condo and cable service is part of the amenities of the community. To make sure the account was paid during the transition, I overpaid. My e-bill shows up every month showing the credit balance. As it's is never going to be used up, I would like it refunded. Without sitting on hold with customer service for the next three years, how do I make that happen?

Re: Refund of overpayment

Hi geckoprincess -- I can help with that. I have created a refund request to send you the full credit balance back. That will come as a check in the mail.

I overpaid about $130. My I pick it up from xfinity location or does it have to be via mail?
