I used to pay for cable when I rented an apartment, I bought a condo and cable service is part of the amenities of the community. To make sure the account was paid during the transition, I overpaid. My e-bill shows up every month showing the credit balance. As it's is never going to be used up, I would like it refunded. Without sitting on hold with customer service for the next three years, how do I make that happen?
