Redirected to WiFi on demand

I have never been able to access anything on my Xfinity account. For five months every time I try to pay my bill I'm redirected to the wifi on demand login. I've been using the "pay without signing in" feature and now even that is not working properly. This question has been posted several times but I'm not able to see any solutions.
