After 1+ year and several surveys I finally have over 50 points, and should be able to redeem for a "reward." When I click to redeem I continuously get the following error message:
We are sorry, there was an error retrieving your gift code. Please contact support. No points have been deducted from your account.
Anyone have any advise? Anyone actually get a reward from Comcast?
Sorry for the experience you're having trying to redeem your Insight points. Unfortunately, we don't handle them here on the forums, but, I can walk you through the steps to get your questions answered.
Please follow this link, and select Technical Support at the very bottom of the page. You may be able to find your question on the list of frequently asked questions on the Technical Support page. If not, you can submit a different question by selecting None of these apply to my question and then selecting Next. The next page will ask for your contact information and include a free-form field to submit questions to the team.
