Received an old RNG150N instead of Xi5

Spoke with customer service I wonder why would they send me out an old box which is an RNG150N. This has happen 2 times. I currently have an Xi4 DVR and a Xi5 wireless box. The agent stated I would receive another wireless cable box but I did not get the correct equipment. Why would Comcast send me out old equipment?
