Received a Soap fault from ESP Payment Service (SH500.33)

I got a Received a Soap fault from ESP Payment Service (SH500.33) error when I transferred my service to a new address and activated a new modem and router. Please help as I want to turn on autopay. And, when I tried to remove and readd my payment, it says Error removing payment method...
