I’m just wondering if I can have a receipt emailed to me with all charges listed for opening my account this month? Thank you!

Hi, Jennagitter - Are you referring to the monthly billing statement? It's available in Billing section on My Account page - https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill
