Reapplied installation fee

I am very disappointed with Comcast Xfinity’s billing practices. My personalized video bill and pdf billing statement reveal a sixty dollar installation credit was applied to my bill on May 12, 2018. On June 2, 2018 I paid my bill- reducing my balance to zero. Unfortunately, as of today (June 5, 2018), my account shows the one- time sixty dollar installation fee was REAPPLIED to my account causing my bill to increase to $291. 55.  Why was the one time installation fee reapplied to my account?
