I too have a bill that has crept up to about $280.I do enjoy the service (when it works - 90% of the time) but have 100s of channels I don't watch. I called customer service and they say I don't qualify for any current promotions at this time. Seriously? I am going to be forced to look at other services if I can't lower it somewhat

Hi, I am also interested in lowering my bill, which has increased by 50% since I started service 15 months ago (from $65 to $93). I am not on contract and see the same bundle I have now available at $50, but am of course not eligible. The service was great at the price I signed up for originally, but am considering alternative options.

I have the same problem. Paying higher monthly bill when AT&T Fiber offers $120/mo Direct TV and internet for 24 mos service agreement. I got no response on my other post. Maybe it's time to switch.

Hello! My cable and internet bill has gone up and it is quite a bit more than we are wanting to pay. I would like to drop my service to internet only with at least the 25mbps speed. I have called mutliple times and get told there is nothing that can be done for me. I see rates listed online for new customers all the time, but no one will honor them or help me out. I enjoy my service with Comcast, but if I can't get my bill lowered than I am probably going to have to cancel my service to use something else. Not what I want to do, but I am not getting any assistance.
Hi, I've been a Comcast customer for a few years now and been somewhat satisfied with my services but now my cable and internet bills have been too high. I still carry the old equipment instead of the new equipment that just came out too. I'm actually not interested in the new equipment, but I shouldn't have to pay over $160 a month just for cable and internet with the same equipment I've had for years. I'm really contemplating on switching so I could be able to get a promotional rate with another provider that's way cheaper. I contacted Comcast before and all they said they can do is save me $5.....please help.

I'd like to get my bill under control, too. I tried to find packages in my area that are similar, but i couldnt find any that were the same speed. can you help me find an offer for the same package I already have? it would be great to get back to the pricing I had before.
