Re: long time customer with expired promotional rate

I am a long time customer with Comcast (Xfinity) but my montly rate has spiked up almost $50 a month after the promotional period ended. I also am a senior citizen and wondering what promotions (if any)  exist. Every time I call, I get an off-shore person with a scripted response that there are no promotional packages currently available.
