I too am having the same problem with Comcast not marking my Line from the pole to the house. A second dig ticket has been issued.  Please help for Comcast is holding up my project.

Call 811, not Comcast.

I've called 811 twice now and Comcast doesn't show up on the list of utilities that they contact. The 2nd call I explained that the cable line hadn't been marked.
