Oh my gosh, the same EXACT thing has happened to me. I ordered the xFi pods and was told they were sending me the newest router. The pods can’t but the router never did. Then I had to call back and they ended up sending me the same router I already have! Hope someone else can answer. These calls to customer service are taking years off my life.
