Re-enroll to avoid price increase

I changed to Comcast 1 year ago. I was told to call before the year was up and "re-enroll" to avoid a price increase. I did that today and was told I am unable to do that and in 1 week, my bill will increase $20.

Re: Re-enroll to avoid price increase

Hi sallyatwhere. We offer an introductory rate for the first 6 months - 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate. If you would like, I can assist you with an account review to see if there are any offers available to better suit your financial needs. If you would like this assistance, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
