Re: early termination fee

I recently paid the ETF on my bill and I really need some help getting a statement from Comcast showing this was paid.  no one can help me with this since I currently do not have a comcast account. I moved to a new state and I am not at a permanent residence yet.


Why cant I get something in writing from Comcast??  I am applying for a home loan and need this documentation to show the lender this was paid off.


please help.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

Hello sheric4242, your Comcast username and password that you set up for your account will remain active for up to 90 days after the account has been cancelled so you can print any past bills that would show that you paid your ETF (early termination fee).
