hi joe...my aunt is having they same problem as the person that you helped earlier today...I went down to the xfinity store with her and called, but no one seems to be able to help..she has been a customer since 87 but is now on a fixed income and the 250 a month is too high..i just wanted to see if there is anything you could do...
