I received a new XB6 in the mail, hooked it up and it was making a buzzing/humming noise. Tech support said the can came lose during shipping and to go exchange it. I exchanged it at the Comcast store for a new XB6(technicolor), hooked it up and the buzzing/humming is louder than the first one.
