Re: Wire Dangling?

Hi, we've had communication cables dangling for a very long time.  I just set up comcast on Sunday and today I received a text the tech came by.  It still looks the same and very unslightly.  There is also a rope a tech I beleive left behind from a previous job to pull the wire.  Please see attached photo and repair asap.  Thank you in advance.
