Re: What happened to my second courtesy month?

This happened to me too. We were just about to hit our cap, still said we had one courtesy month left. Then after we went over our cap, the second courtesy month disappeared, a $10 fee was added, and it says we have 0 left. Now we're at a $20 fee and the chat option isn't open right now so I'm left confused and annoyed.
