This is a HUGE customer service issue and should be a top priority.  This is the reason I am currently shopping OTHER COMPANIES that are customer friendly.

Hello LMorgan6. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working to address. We currently do not have an ETR on the shopping section of our website. I can offer you customer support with going over service offers that are available to you. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
