I have been getting the same thing for the past few months.  Want to change my plan but do not want to deal with calling as they try to sell me something else that ends up costing even more.

Hi, tgar5023 - You don't have to call in to change your plan, I can help you here. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or account number. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me.
