I not only have an orange cable in my yard, but they disconnected my cable and internet cables and put in my new neighbors!!!  I have been without cable and internet for 3 days and have made quite a few calls the last few days.  And they are making me wait for them to come out and fix it.  When they did it in the first place!!  UUUURRRGGHHH!!!

 

This is totally unacceptable!!!  I even had to miss the world series!!  

 

I am so frustrated.  And the customer service is horrible.  What has happened to them??
