I have recently moved to an existing neighborhood, but on a" new "street as builder adding more homes. Comcast services the neighborhood, but my street is not recognized yet by your system so told I cannot add service to this address. There are several of us who have moved in over the past 3 weeks and my neighbors said they were given a timeframe of 2 weeks, but still no updates...will requesting a site survey expedite this process?
