My inquiry is similar. I went to an Xfinity store on Six Mile Cypress Rd and was told that the Customer Retention department could help. We've used Comcast/Xfinity since moving here over a year ago. As of last month, our premium just DOUBLED with no change in service choice. I have tried the phone system in the past and that is a dreadful experience - hence, my 10 mile drive to speak with someone at the store. Can you help? Chris
