Can you look into mine as well I am having the exact same problems I have set up three different appointments for people to come out and run the line and have been stood up three times. Everytime I call to get in touch with someone they just lie to me and say either i didnt have an appointment or the tech is on his way and no one every shows up. It has been a month of this.
