Comcast only cares about new customers, not those of us who are loyal,  I've had an account at least 15 years, and can't even get a straight answer about the time left on my contract - it keeps changing!  I'm ready to give up trying.


Comcast is not paying attention to all the options out there, but just about adding to their membership for investors.
