I too am a victim of Comcast’s poor customer service. My cable & internet have been out 13 days without a fix. They have been to my home 4 times and accomplished nothing. Three missed appointments as well with no phone call saying they need to reschedule. They have no regard to others schedules and inconvenience. It’s a waiting game for me because contacting customer service is a waste of time!
