hI MY NAME IS JASMINE WRIGHT AND i HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR AN HOUR. My cable has been turned off once again!!! Secondly I for some odd reason cannot connect to live chat. It is asking me for an account # but there is no where to enter on. I need my services for school and so does my daughter. We are in school online and I cannot make a payment to this account till this coming friday. 3rd I have not received a bill since oct of last yeat and cannot access my account through your website ever
