Re: I got a letter from ERS about unreturned equipment

Got a notice about unreturned equipment for Comcast, of which I have none. I've been on internet only service for almost 2yrs now, and just moved, and transferred my service to my new address, and got this notice from ERS a day or two ago. I own my own router and modem (have never leased those ever in my life) and have no Comcast, anything aside from their security system that they installed last month which is currently in service and I'm paying for. Please advise on a resolution.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Re: I got a letter from ERS about unreturned equipment

I just called them. They told me the piece of equipment that they were looking for, which turned out to be a piece of equipment that they installed a month ago and have in service as part of their security system. Calling was pretty simple, and they resolve the issue for you faster
