Re: Help with damage claim

I've been dealing with a damage claim which I keep getting the runaround on. Property damaged in July 2017 and Comcast has done nothing to help. I keep getting told "an agent will contact you within the next 24 hrs" and I still have no answer. Appeoximatlye $3,000 in equipment damage and Comcast has not done a single thing about it.
