Yeah we just tried the whole "well look for better deals in your area" joke, and what a joke it was. New customers are being offered way more channels and more tv's per account than what were getting, and for much less money. I was told we couldnt get any of those deals, and when I mentioned the multiple competitors offering netter deal than even the introductory deals comcast offers,  I was told to go with one of them then, and asked when I would like my service shut off. Bye Comcast, no more monthlty price increases and nightly outages for us!
