I totally agree with you re: elderly, bundled services, etc. My husband & I are 80 and our billing is very expensive & it is difficult to get anything done via the phone.  All comcast wants to do is give you another bundle and then increase your contract another 2 years with penalties for cancelling early.  Where is the care for the elderly? I think a company as large as xfinity should have policies in place for the large population of senior citizens.
