I was NOT TOLD my service would increase in charge after the expiration of my current promotion. This, combined with the fact that any "deals" offered by Comcast are still at an elevated cost to what I have been paying, are going to make me lose your business with me. I can get similar rates for MUCH FASTER SPEEDS WITH AT&T. Like I told the rep on the phone, I will tell others of my dissatisfaction with Comcast. This is not the only forum I will do so.

Hi, MajorSirius - When promotion expires, the service monthly rate increases because you had a promotional price. This is how it works in almost each business. I can definitely check if we have any promotions that can lower your monthly rate. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it's listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number.
