I am a loyal customer and been with comcast for years, just noticed that my bill went up more then $30 and they told me I was supposed to get a discount for 2 years and it seems was only 1 year !!! So what am I to do because vios just came to my area and they are giving me some good deals if I leave comcast...I really want to stay but I am in a catch 22 situation. I can only see if comcast will step up and treat me like I am a loyal customer and give me a chance to have a deal to stay...time will tell..
