My cable fell from the pole, laying across the street and on my driveway. Originaly called at 8:00am and was assured it was indeed a safety issue and someone would be sent out "soon". At 1:40pm I again called to check on the status of my call and was told that a "technition" would be dispatched tomorrow. If a car or truck snags the line and pulls the facia board off my house, will I have to then seek legal council?
Hi Cartmember, I am showing you called in and spoke to a supervisor. Apologies we couldn't get anyone out sooner but I will follow up with after this visit to make sure everything is working properly.
Hi Cartmember, just doing a follow up, was a tech able to fix your cable drop?
