Hi Ov3rbyte, your self install kit comes with instructions on how to set up internet. If you are not able to access your account please send me a private message with your account information (name on account, address, account number, Username sign in).
This is crazy, many threads saying the same thing for so long.
Why not just come out and say "It is Xfinity policy to not allow customers to manage their plans online"
instead of pretending there is some sort of website issue that forces us to deal with a salesperson. After a couple years
of the same complaints it is almost laughable, almost..it is frustrating and just sad.
