When I go to the Xfinity Mobile website on my desktop...my name is already at the top right with dropdown menu with 'my account' but when I select it nothing comes up. Is there something wrong with the website?

Yes there is no issue signing on to 'regular' xfinity site and when I went to  xfinity.com/mobile it showed I was logged but as I said earlier....when I chose 'my account' under my name the page was blank and I tried many times. I just checked its ok today.

OK glad to hear it. Must have been site maintenance.
