I Have been a loyal customer with Comcast also. My bill keeps getting higher and higher and I only have basic cable. It seems that the customers of long standing are not receiving fair consideration as long time customers but instead are bombarded with high bills.

I agree "princess824". I too am a long standing customer and every time a promotion or cycle ends, long term customers are charged more and seem to be informed that there is no way to maintain cost saving measures while still receiving good service. The "customer loyalty" and "retention" seem to mean nothing. I have written in here numerous times from January 8th and received NO response to address my conerns except a chastising private message telling me I cannot private message an employee without authorization, yet, that employee DID NOTHING to address my concerns. They viewed a response on my account from 1 year ago and asked me if that person resolved my issues. Really?!
